Terms of Service

1. Who we are

BonPages is a link-in-bio website builder that lets creators and businesses build multi-page sites, publish them at a bonpages.com handle or a custom domain, capture leads, and view visitor analytics. In these Terms, “BonPages”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. You can reach us any time by replying to our emails, at ady@bonpages.com, or via the in-app chat.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your account

You can sign in with a one-time email code or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Each account is for a single user; do not share your sign-in access.

4. Plans, billing & payments

BonPages offers a free plan and a paid PRO plan. The free plan includes one website and one page with core blocks and BonPages branding. PRO unlocks unlimited websites and pages, lead-capture forms and submissions, advanced analytics, all themes and premium blocks, custom domains, and removal of BonPages branding.

• Pricing & cycles. PRO is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Current prices (including any limited-time discounts) are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, and you pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payment processor.Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We do not store your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to the processor's terms.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; your PRO features remain active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. If you think you were charged in error, contact us.
• Price changes.We may change prices or plan features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes, and they take effect on your next renewal.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, publish, or distribute content or to behave in ways that:

• are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or promote illegal activity;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• contain malware, phishing, or attempts to harvest others' credentials;
• harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence or hatred against others;
• contain sexual content involving minors, or other content prohibited by law;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam or e-mail laws when contacting people who submit your forms;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or
• resell or white-label the Service without our written permission.

We may use automated and manual methods to review content for compliance but are not obligated to monitor what you publish.

6. Your content

You retain all ownership of the content you upload, create, or publish with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (e.g., resize images or generate previews), and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — including serving your published pages and generating social/share previews. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for backups retained for a limited period and content others have already lawfully copied.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and permissions needed to publish it, including any images, text, logos, music, or embedded media you add.

7. Custom domains

If you connect a custom domain, you represent that you own or control it. You are responsible for your domain registration and DNS configuration; we provide the records to add and issue an SSL certificate automatically. We are not responsible for downtime or loss of service caused by changes at your registrar, DNS errors, or domain expiry.

8. Forms, leads & communications

PRO lets you collect submissions through forms on your pages. When people submit your forms, you are responsible for how you collect, store, and use their information, for providing any required notices or consents, and for complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws. We process that data on your behalf to deliver the Service (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties — including authentication (Google), payments (Dodo Payments), email delivery (Resend), file storage, hosting, database, and support chat providers. Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. Embedding third-party media (e.g., YouTube, Spotify) on your pages is also subject to those providers' terms.

10. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including the software, builder, themes, templates, block system, branding, and the BonPages name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our marks or software except the limited right to use the Service as intended. Free plans display a small “Made with BonPages” attribution, which PRO removes.

11. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, if your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that analytics figures are exact — they are estimates intended for guidance.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonPages will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BonPages harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone's rights.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update, add, or remove features over time. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BonPages is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
